Are our products new and authentic?
All our products are guaranteed 100% new and 100% authentic with their box and their original accessories if any.
All products sold by Coproom are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and new and all come from:
- Authorized Online Retail Stores
- Authorized in-store retailers
- Renowned sneaker collectors and individual sellers worldwide
Our experts carefully inspect and verify that the items are authentic and new.
We have built an authentication database that includes data from every item sold on Coproom.
All our items are inspected by at least 2 experts who have experience and knowledge and every detail is checked : seams, shape, cuts, color, weight, touch, smell, materials, box, packaging, accessories, stickers, font. We also use blue light to determine the authenticity of a product.
Do we ship worldwide and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide (over 220 countries).
Once your order has been prepared and verified by our team of experts, delivery times are 5 to 12 working days.

In the case of very rare pairs on the market or in certain exceptional cases, the deadlines may be extended. In which case the customer is automatically notified.
I absolutely must receive my order before a specific date. What should I do?
In case of emergency, please contact us before placing your order and we will give you a precise and guaranteed date of shipment and delivery. Make your request by email to contact@cop-room.com .
How do I track my order and schedule my delivery?
To track your order, please use the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.
If you are only available on certain days or times for delivery or you missed the delivery, you can schedule a custom delivery by contacting the relevant logistics partner.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Depending on peak periods and/or shipping times from our partners, it is possible that the order processing time may be delayed. It is also possible that your item has not passed the authentication step and we will have to replace it.
Please note that we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Do you accept returns?
You have 14 days after receipt to initiate your return request via our portal .
Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, which will be processed within 72 hours of receipt and verification of the product via your original payment method.
