Deadline :

You have 14 days after receipt to initiate your return request via our portal.

Product condition:

You can try them on, but they must not have been worn.

Sealed:

Keep the seal intact to confirm the authenticity of the return.

Packaging :

Return must include original packaging and all accessories.

Protection:

Use the original shipping carton or equivalent to protect the item and its packaging. Damaged returns may be refused.

Returns from mainland France:

Fees: Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, which will be issued within 72 hours to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

You will receive a gift card equivalent to your initial order (less return shipping costs) to place a new order.

Refusal to return:

If refused, you will be notified by email within 7 days. We can reship the item at your expense.
