Description

The Air Max 97 Terrascape reinterprets the 1997 classic with a raw, earthy palette. Nike trades metallic shine for construction-inspired materials like leather, suede, and mesh in monochrome shades. This Off Noir version takes the concept further: it erases contrast in favor of chromatic cohesion reminiscent of post-2010 sneakers, when minimalism replaced the maximalism of the 2000s.

The upper blends smooth leather, textured suede, and mesh panels for a layered structure without visual clutter. The rubber sole brings together charcoal gray tones. The Air Max tube remains the focal point, its tubular geometry inherited from Christian Tresser in 1997 left intact. A pair for those who buy into technical heritage, not hype.
