Timeframe:

You have 14 days after receipt to initiate your return request via our portal.

Product condition:

You may try them on, but they must not have been worn.

Seal:

Keep the seal intact to confirm the authenticity of the return.

Packaging:

The return must include the original packaging and all accessories.

Protection:

Use the original shipping box or an equivalent to protect the item and its packaging. Damaged returns may be refused, whether the product itself or the box.

Returns from mainland France:

Fees: Delivery fees will be deducted from your refund, which will be processed within 72 hours via your original payment method.

Exchanges:

You will receive a gift card equivalent to your initial order (minus return fees) to place a new order.

Return refusal:

If refused, you will be notified by email within 7 days. We may reship the item at your expense.
