Returns

You can change your mind. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give a reason.

1. Submit your request

Click Request a return at the top of this page: enter your order number and email address, select the pair or pairs, the reason, then refund or exchange. You can also use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.

We will reply by email with the return address and instructions. Please wait for our reply before sending your parcel.

2. Returning the pair

• Return the pair within 14 days of your request at the latest.
• The pair must be new and unworn, in its original condition, with its original box and all accessories (tags, seal, spare laces).
• You may try it on indoors, as you would in a store. If it is returned worn, damaged, or incomplete, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
• Protect the box with a shipping carton. Tracked shipping is recommended.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs, whether from France or abroad.

3. Refund

We refund the price of the pair and the shipping fees paid when you placed your order (at the standard shipping rate), to the payment method used for the purchase, at no cost to you. The refund is issued within 14 days of your request at the latest. We may wait until we have received the pair, or proof that it has been shipped, before issuing the refund.

Pairs purchased on sale follow the same rules.

Defective pair or a mistake on our part

If the pair you received is defective or doesn't match your order (model, size), submit a return request, select the corresponding reason and attach photos. In this case, we cover the return shipping costs. You are also covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years after delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects, as described in our terms and conditions of sale.

Change size or model

Would you like a different size or model? That's possible. Within 14 days of receiving your order, submit a return request and select Exchange for a gift card. Return the pair under the same conditions as a return (new, unworn, original box, shipping costs at your expense). Once we receive and inspect it, we'll send you a gift card for the amount paid, which you can use to order the pair of your choice. Would you prefer a refund? That's your right, see above.
