Description

The 991v2 returns to its Made in UK roots in 2024. New Balance resurrects this 1990s model because it already embodied the balance between manufacturing precision and understated detail. This gray and orange version breaks from the safe reissue formula. The colorway disrupts the usual minimalism without tipping into excess.

Leather and suede on the upper capture the British construction: no shortcuts. The rubber sole delivers the grip expected from a shoe meant to be worn, not merely admired. The orange creates visual tension against the light gray, enough to justify why this pair deserves a place in a collection rather than merely its price.
