Description

The New Balance 550 is a basketball shoe whose original version debuted in 1989. After spending time in the archives, New Balance brought it back in limited releases in late 2020, then added it to its lineup in 2021. This version features the Aime Leon Dore Masaryk Community Gym Green colorway.

Leather and suede weave together in subtle harmony across the upper. The rubber sole follows the 550’s rounded geometry, staying true to the model’s DNA. This pair bears the signature of ALD: a refusal of excess and an attention to detail, in a colorway that’s never recreated anywhere else.
