Fifty years later, it made its way through London schoolyards, then the streets of Berlin and Tokyo. This OG Cloud White version returns to the original’s exact proportions: the slim medial stripe, the short tongue, the lack of unnecessary stitching. Adidas proves here that some designs don’t need improving.

      Smooth leather and suede come together across the upper. The natural rubber sole yellows slightly over time, a detail wearers seek out. Cloud White holds its own on canvas without shouting. Each pair settles onto the foot like a forgotten glove rediscovered. It’s a classic because people wear it constantly, not because a brand declared it one.
